Fick just min första order och jag är mycket nöjd med material och färger. Jag är en man som blivit sjal-frälst och använder dem till min i övrigt färgtråkiga outfit (låter dem hängs runt halsen utanpå jackan), vilket ger en läcker kontrast. Jag tycker det är väldigt snyggt. Nu har jag en samling av olika färger att växla med allt efter sinnesstämning. På utomhusteatern svala sommarkvällar kan även jag som man svepa in mig... Mycket praktiskt och användbart stycke tyg!

Hej Caroline! Måste bara titta in och säga hur nöjd jag är med kashmirsjalen jag köpte för två veckor sen. det var verkligen på tiden för vintern har redan kommit till Småland! Väven är mycket mer hållbar än från vissa av era konkurrenter tex The wool companys sjalar. Deras fick jag skicka tillbaka bums, kvaliten var ett skämt, det såg ut som gasväv och stank naftalin!

Jag har handlat av er tidigare, men var inte helt säker på att färgen Purple Haze var tillräckligt dov för att vara lavendel. Men det var den, tom min man påpekade att den såg väldigt bra ut på mig :) Därför tycker jag att den borde heta just lavendel, den är lite för "ren" i färgen för att ha haze i namnet. Jag är verkligen imponerad av vävtekniken förresten! Vår lilla katt fick tag på en ände när jag tog av mig den men släppte den fort. Tvärr resulterade det i att några trådar drogs upp till öglor, men de kunde jag dra tillbaka med nageln. Puh!

Tack för den jättefina sjalen i rose dust mp 41 (specialbeställd) som jag fick för ett par dagar sedan, den passar mycket bra till koftan som jag köpte tidigare från er. Den var mycket vacker i färgen, blev jättenöjd. Alla sjalarna + koftan har verkligen blivit till belåtenhet. Skulle vilja ha koftan i många fler färger, men tyvärr kostar den ju lite. Får beställa senare.

Hej Caroline! Jag skulle ju poppat in tidigare och sagt att sjalen till vår njursjuka konstnär, den i beige som har utgått var perfekt! Hon hängde upp den på ett stafli och det såg ut som om tavlan var målad med den som inspiration! Vi hade roligt åt att man tydligen kan fastställa rätt färg genom mail och telefon,utan att ens ha sett personen, för det har du ju inte.

Tack så mycket för färgkartan, det verkar som om min dator faktiskt återger färger rätt exakt, vilket ju är en tröst för en e-shoppare som jag:)

Jag hoppas att det inte gjorde nåt att jag inte handlade från er den här gången. Jag har för någon vecka sedan beställt en tröja från er som är på ingående om några veckor. Och det blir ju fler köp för det är ju så mysigt med kashmir. Och så har ni så fina modeller också.

Hemsidan är också vilsam att titta på. Jag är litet irriterad i ögonen ibland och då blir man glad över en sida som inte är krånglig och som det känns skönt att titta på. Det är nog den svarta bakgrunden som gör susen. Bra med er mailtjänst också att man får svar snabbt.

Jo jag hittade er genom att goggla på cashmere. Jag ville hitta nåt ställe som sålde tröjor och koftor i cashmere här i Sverige. Jag har några som jag köpt i Scottland för några år sen och har blivit förälskad i den ullen. Men det är ju lite långt att åka bara för att köpa en kofta. Jag har varit inne flera gånger på er hemsida och tilltalas dessutom av ert miljöengagemang.

Just had to let you know how delighted I was with the "Ljust turkos" colour scarf that arrived today. You know I am a regular customer - but I have to say this must be the most gorgeous colour I've ever bought from you. I can see why it would be popular. But colour aside, it was also the softest 100% pash I've had yet; and at this stage I only buy 100% unless its a gift for someone (I think most people seem to go for 70/30) and happily this gorgeous item was for me!

Its just too beautiful, my only regret is that I didn't order a larger one, but thats for the next colour...

Never done this before, but felt I really must thank you for the astounding level of service I have received:

Left it too late to order really (last Saturday) and hoped it would get here by Friday ( for 18th birthday) ... it arrived on Wed. Colour wasn't what I'd wanted - spoke to Paul who advised me on an appropriate exchange and to return it. Explained the Friday time constraint and offered to purchase a second and return the original for a refund.

Paul assured me he would send me the replacement anyway ... and he did!
Thursday morning I have the correct colour in my hand - amazing - believe me, I will sing your praises. The original is in the post and should reach you tomorrow - thank you so much :-)

I forgot to tell you something very exciting- life is a bit manic at the moment. We had a call from Asparagus publications on Friday asking to feature us as the stationery supplier for the region on a cdrom they are doing. They had searched the net, particularly liked our website, that it was easy on the eye, easy to navigate and simple! oh and it also got a mention at David's mum's meeting where she is chair(i think) of the cheshire home committee. Apparently they had some expert in who picks holes in lots of things and said their website is rubbish. She apparently flagged ours up as being very straightforward and classy!

I called you the other day about a projected delivery date for a pashima I ordered as a gift for my wife, which you told me had been shipped already.
Imagine my embarrassment when 30 minutes later my neighbour called with a package that had arrived early that morning while I was out. You’ve guessed it – it was the pashmina!!
Taking into account that I had ordered it after midnight on the back day and it arrived approximately 36 hours later in a rural Ireland – this had to be the best delivery ever in around 10 years of internet shopping.
Oh – and by the way – the Shawl is perfect in every way – colour – shade and quality. My wife is delighted with it.

In my excitement I forgot to mention one thing - the Shawl cost me CND$ 109 or thereabouts after the exchange - MUCH cheaper than Shawls featured on US and Canadian sites (of course, this particular one was on sale, but a normal price would still come in much cheaper than anything else I have seen).
I am used to British goods being a lot more expensive than their equivalents here, so this was a nice surprise!

I have sent the pashmina on to my daughter and she loves it. Did I tell you the story? She did very well at university and unfortunately was in India for her graduation, so I bought, in a wonderful Kashmiri shop in Shimla, a beautiful paisley pashmina as a congratulations/guilt present. Dear Paul, Just wanted to confirm I received my Pashminas (over a week ago !) and they are lovely colours. I had never bought a 100% before - only 70/30. The 100% are much "fluffier" and less "rigid" than the 70/30s and are almost not as "smart" to look at. I might go back to 70/30 next time !! is that the silke that does the "smart" trick ??
